Return Process

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original packaging or a secure mailer, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our hive receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
